She joined our office in 2024 during her senior year to shadow Dr. Matthew Ng & Dr. Patricia Tran. At the time, she was exploring a career in the dental field and quickly developed a strong passion for orthodontics. Her enthusiasm, aptitude, and positive energy made such an impression on us that we couldn’t wait to offer her a position. We’re excited to watch her grow and contribute to our team in the years to come!

Meet Sandra, the numbers queen who keeps our financial side running smoothly and our patients' wallets in check. As our Financial Coordinator, Sandra is the mastermind behind setting up payment plans and contracts. If you’ve ever had to deal with insurance companies (and their endless hold music), you know it can be a test of patience. But Sandra? She’s practically a pro at it—endless waiting times and elevator tunes don’t faze her in the slightest.

What makes Sandra truly stand out, though, is her combination of efficiency and heart. She’s not just about numbers—she’s about people. If you need to adjust your payment schedule or have questions about your plan, Sandra is always ready to lend a compassionate ear and find a solution that works for you. And when it comes to scheduling your appointments, she’s the one making sure everything fits just right, so you’re in and out with minimal wait time.

Sandra is also the friendly voice on the other end of the phone reminding you about your appointments—because your time is just as valuable as ours, and we want to respect it. Without her, our daily flow would be a lot less seamless, and our patients would be a lot more frustrated. She’s the quiet hero behind our smooth operations and we wouldn’t be the same without her.

As our treatment coordinator, she’s the first friendly face you'll see, always greeting you with a smile that can light up the room. One of the first things you'll experience with Alma is when she takes photographs of your teeth for your consultation—because you can’t have a great smile without a great photo op, right?

Alma’s warmth is so magnetic that patients often find themselves spilling their life stories to her. sometimes even sticking around after their appointments just to chat or have an impromptu therapy session!  But it’s not just her welcoming personality that makes her indispensable. With over a decade of experience under her belt, Alma is the backbone of our team.  She’s been with us for over 10 years, making her not just a team member but a vital part of our practice, seamlessly stepping into many roles. If someone’s out, you can count on Alma to jump in, whether it’s taking X-rays, sterilizing instruments, scanning teeth, removing wires, or even changing light bulbs! There’s no task too big or small for Alma.

Her versatility and dedication ensure our practice runs smoothly, and it’s no surprise that she’s a beloved figure among both staff and patients. Alma’s the glue that keeps things running smoothly, all while making sure everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. If you haven’t met her yet, you're in for a treat (pun intended)!
